Spot-Lighting is suitable for most rooms in your home. Here is what they can achieve..

Spot-Lighting, like most Modern-Lighting Fixtures comes in many different styles and designs. SpotLighting`s purpose is to draw attention to a specific object or area of a room. This could be a Portrait, Painting, a Statue or a similar object-of-art.

These days though this type of fixture are also being used increasingly to enhance the safety aspect of ones home. By this I mean that they are being used both indoors and out to illuminate a specific place or area that may otherwise have been prone to potential hazards occuring. An example might be a particularly darkened driveway or garage area.. anywhere in fact where people might find themselves and could be in danger due to limited light.

Some other terms of fixture in this category follow:-

* Spot Lamps *

* Fluorescent Spot *

* Outdoor Spot Lighting *

As with most downlinghting one can use them to draw attention to, or highlight that keepsake you value so dearly. To maybe illuminate and Capture that special moment you once had could be a wonderful example..

In this very vibrantly coloured photo below see how spot lighting is used to illuminate a stage to amazing effect!
Lights.. Camera.. Action!

Your "Wedding Photographs" perhaps, or, a picture of the day you both "Swam with the Dolphins" or a similar "Magical Occasion" that you never want to forget and one you will want to "Capture Forever."

Once again don`t be afraid to use your artistic license. There are no hard and fast rules about which room you should use them in. Be creative and you will wonder why we ever needed interior designers:-)
