Home Theater Lighting
The idea is to mix a blend of Lighting-Fixtures that you will be able to master, ideally from a remote control, so that your pleasure won`t be interrupted by having to get up and down to switch your lights on or off, or to dim them.
We would highly recommend that you use a dimmer-switch in your Home Theater as this will enable you to change the mood at the flick of a switch or the turn of a knob thus creating the right ambience for your room, based on the type of movie you are watching. Where possible we would also recommend that you install blinds. This will ensure that during the day, sunlight won`t distract or disturb your viewing, or, at night if you are watching a good horror movie - moonlight! On second thoughts Moonlight might work well for creating the right atmosphere for a good scary movie so leave the blinds open:-). *..-:¦:-_‹^^^›_‹(•¿•)›_‹^^^›_-:¦:-.* The type of fixtures that would work well for your Home Theater Lighting are the following:- * Recessed-Lighting * * Task-Lighting * * Down-lighting * Low Voltage Lighting Fixtures work well in Home Theaters.
